Skiing for 365 days a year is now possible!

The Hintertux Glacier is in the Zillertal Valley, Tyrol, and is considered Austria’s most important ski resort. It is the chosen location for summer training by major national teams from various countries.

The resort features 18 slopes with 21 ski lifts, totaling 60km of slopes and 270 hectares of skiable terrain. The slopes are accessible via a modern cable car system that takes about 30 minutes to reach an altitude of 3.250mt.

There are also lots of extra activities for non-skiers, such as:

  •  A workout in our affiliated gym or swimming pool.
  • A guided visit to the fabulous ice palace or an excursion among the caves.
  • An area dedicated to the children with a Tubing slope.
  • Canyoning, climbing, paragliding, trekking, cycling and much more.
